Return Period

You may return qualifying items bought from Muzuri Solar within 30 days from the date of receipt. Beyond this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your return request. Please examine your items upon receipt and promptly get in touch with us if any issues are identified.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

The item must not fall under the category of non-returnable items listed below.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

Reach out to our customer support team via email at Sales@Muzurisolar.co.uk or by phone at 020 807 92509 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will need to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Once you receive your RAN, securely package the item, including all accessories and original packaging, and clearly affix the RAN on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the secure and prompt return of your item. Please retain the shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless the return is a result of an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you require a replacement item, please follow the return procedure to obtain a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
